Introducing the Denial Champs Character Gear Set

Congratulations again to Denial eSports, the 2015 Call of Duty World Champions! Shortly after the Championships back in March, we began a project with their team, and we’re extremely excited to share it with you today. But first, let’s quickly recap their road to victory on Advanced Warfare’s biggest stage.

COD Champs Day 1 started with 32 of the best Call of Duty teams in the world, and ended with 16 teams that proved themselves during pool play. The second day started off strong with Upper and Lower bracket play, and after some upsets and few surprises, 4 teams moved on to Championship Sunday. In the end, Denial took home a check for $400,000, the Grand Finals Trophy, Clayster was crowned MVP, and their team name was etched into Call of Duty History. And it doesn’t stop there, at least not for us at Sledgehammer Games. Following the Call of Duty: Championships we partnered with Denial to permanently commemorate their COD Champs victory in our game…

Introducing the Denial eSports Character Gear set for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. This gear set represents our team’s recognition of Denial’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Hand selected by the members of Denial eSports, this new character gear set consists of a Denial Champs Helmet, Loadout and Exoskeleton featuring the signature Wolfpack icon and Denial Logo. The Denial Champs Elite Character Gear Set will be available for Xbox first in July via Supply Drops and Advanced Supply Drops (and coming shortly after that to Playstation and PC). We’re also partnering with Denial eSports for some special giveaways timed closer to the release of the gear set in July – be sure to give them a follow on Facebook & Twitter.

Update 7/9/15: The Denial Gear Set is now available in Supply Drops and Advanced Supply Drops for Xbox One and Xbox 360!
