The kaleidoscope committee helps sledgehammer games achieve our goal of having an inclusive culture that embraces diversity, and where everyone can thrive. A group of passionate employees from range of disciplines roles come together to kaleidoscope to support diversity in our people, leadership, culture, and content.
Activision's employee networks are groups formed to my employees with a sense of passion and responsibilities of diversity and inclusion. Our seven employee networks are open to all employees across Activision and provide unique opportunities to have a positive impact on our people, our culture, and our business.
We make games for global audiences across the boundaries of culture, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality so our development teams are stronger if they reflect that. Games are full of subtleties that can create affection and loyalty in a wide variety of people, and we are not here to appeal to only a narrow section of society.
So many teams talk about diversity and just drop it in as a buzzword or write flashy blog posts that sit and gather dust. But we truly believe in diversity and the positive impact it has on our team and studio. We're ready to do the hard work to be properly inclusive.
